Chairman

Grant started Enhancing Excellence off the back of  years of experience delivering both technical training and human factors competencies in the oil and gas industry. His unique perspective on targeting operational excellence through developing people has set the precedent for a lot of our training material.  Grant's boundless enthusiasm, relentless pursuit of operational safety and infectious optimism have made Enhancing Excellence the powerhouse that it is today.

Managing Director

Chris brings over 20 years experience in Human Factors and Crew Resource Management training. He started work in the railway industry in operations and train crew management. Having transitioned across to aviation, he has now been an airline captain with a major UK carrier for over 8 years. Enhancing Excellence allows him to pour years of aviation and railway industry training experience into our new course material and bring Human and Operational Performance to new pastures.

Business Manager

Susie is the heart and soul of Enhancing Excellence, ensuring everything we do has purpose and adds value. In charge of everything from compliance to marketing and sales, she is passionate about making new connections and assisting clients in finding solutions to their human performance challenges. With many years exposure to human and operational performance training in the oil and gas industry Susie brings added HF credibility to our team, along with bucketloads of positivty!

Head of Operations, 

Consultant, Trainer and Performance Coach

Following a successful career in software engineering, Scott embarked on a 20 year career in aviation working as cabin crew, flight crew and delivering human factors training. Having worked in both corporate and airline environments, he brings a breadth of experience including ten years as a captain with a major UK carrier, and he is also a qualified mental health first-aider.

Consultant, Trainer and Performance Coach

Phil complements the EE team with years of experience in the Royal Marines as well as the  maritime, & oil & gas sectors. Having commenced as a commercial diver, progressed to dive ship management he's had considerable exposure to operations, logistics & leadership roles; Phil's maritime expertise adds an extra dimension to our offering. He's spent time as a Coastguard Rescue Officer and has managed situations of high stress in hostile environments.

Consultant, Trainer and Performance Coach

Vincent began his career in aeronautical engineering before spending over three decades in the fire service, excelling in leadership roles with training, operations & safety responsibilities. His background includes urban search & rescue, managing dynamic risk in highly complex hazardous environments. He adopts a proactive approach to health & safety. With people at the heart of his focus, his experience & commitment drive his enthusiasm for excellence.

Head of Business Development

Paul brings 20 years of marketing, business development, sales enablement and client experience to the company. He started his career as a marketer in the technology industry before spending 15 years in one of the largest risk management and professional services organisations in the world. During that time he was leading teams and projects in different disciplines to support the organisation's continued growth and exceed customer's expectations.
